With each new update theres some type of feature that makes the app better. Keep up the great work.

Direction course works well but speed maxes out at 32 mph/kph. Also it does not convert miles to kilometers when switching to metric. No point Im having just the course.

Tried it several times under different circumstances. It doesnt work.

I didnt understand the movement of the arrow provided while moving arround. I had hoped it would point north. It didnt do so. The speed indicator worked fairly well in kilometres but failed badly when changed to miles per hour. The latitude and longitude were quite accurate but doesnt need to have so many decimal points because of the existing posted accuracy can have a very large range.

The problem with this and any other GPS device is that you have to be moving to get a compass bearing. When I tied out this application I found you had to be move a lot to get the compass bearing to change at all. I tried walking around with it. Nothing. So I got in my car and drove and sure enough I got a reading of my direction, but the speed recorded by the device was way off, showing 9km when I was doing 20. So I think selling this as a "compass", even at 99c is misleading.

Terrible. Does not show direction no matter which way i faced or Turned. It always showed I was north.

Do not waste time or money on this app!!!

I downloaded this app hoping to get a compass or the iPhone. This app never worked. I tried to toubleshoot it, unsuccessfully. Save you money and frustrations. HJ

this compass doesnt work "WARNING DONT BUY IT"

It does work for me, but you do have to be moving. IT SEEMED VERY ACCURATE. We tested it in downtown L.A. and it tracked us at 5 mph & up. The one thing that gives it only 3 stars is the fact that you have be moving. Also, I dont think I very much use for it since I rather use maps to track me anyways, but it does work.

This program works IF youre MOVING. Can you modify it to also work if youre NOT moving? Will it work for hiking trips? Tom P

Do not buy until they allow the compass to work without moving! What is the point of having a compass if you cant get started in the right direction!

Given the limitations of the GPS module in the 3G iphone, this app does a great job. Not as slick as what you get in the 3GS but we cant all upgrade. As long as you are moving this app does a good job and the author is continually improving it.

Downloaed this app and the Compass pointer and digital readout part do not work at all would be a great and neat app if it worked dont waste your money

Theres just no other way to put it. Couldve been a great app, but theres just way too many shortcomings. Really hate the way it wont remember feet instead of meters. Dumb. And can they make the fonts any smaller?? Ya need reading glasses just to see much less read the data being generated. Finally, this poorly designed app wont even stay on. Fades out like a typical app. MotionX Lite is free and the compass screen alone blows this apps doors in. Dont waste your money on this junk.
